  Visited shortly before closing and had a very disappointing experience with the lady working the closing shift. Instead of welcoming customers, she repeatedly greeted everyone by saying the store was closing. I understand wanting to leave on time, but customers who enter during business hours should still be treated respectfully. I overheard she instructing her coworker not to allow customers already in the store to use the fitting rooms. When I asked, “Don’t you want the sale?”, she responded very rudely. The most concerning part was when I mentioned that this behavior was costing the store sales, she replied, “It’s not my loss, it’s the company’s loss.” This comment clearly shows the disregard for both the customers and the brand she represents. I believe management should address this matter seriously after having so many complaints as this employee fell far below acceptable standards. We left without making a purchase and with a very negative impression of the store.
