  Aha! I should have checked the reviews before coming to this location today. Every staff member at the front during my visit was so rude. You’re not the customers so there’s no reason to act so entitled. And to the guy working at closing shift, you don’t just bag the items and say, “Here!” Wow. No wonder this store is full of stock. I guess no one shops here.

  I bought a bra from here Four months ago, and the part that clips in the back ripped out of the seams after washing it. I’ve have bras that I’ve had for 10 years from other companies and this has never happened. I came into the store to get an exchange since it’s a product quality problem and they told me they could not do anything in store and to call customer service so then I called customer service and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. This is the worse quality I have ever seen. And the customer service was zero help. Would not recommend shopping here. Definitely not worth the money at all. I will definitely will never be shopping here again and will be telling everyone to do the same.

  I had a wonderful shopping experience today and purchased several clothing items. I especially want to mention the sales called Bronwyn, the sales associate who helped me. She was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. While some other staff members were chatting, Bronwyn stayed focused on helping me find the right sizes, bringing different pieces, and assisting me all the way until the end. She made the entire shopping experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Her service was truly outstanding, and the store is very lucky to have her as part of the team. Thank you again for such a great experience!

  had the sweetest experience at Aerie thanks to Trisha. She genuinely went above and beyond for me and made me feel so comfortable and cared for the entire time. She was patient, kind, helpful, and honestly just an angel. You can tell she truly cares about customers and loves what she does. She helped me find everything I needed and made the whole experience feel so easy and fun. People like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you so much Trisha, you’re seriously the best ever 🫶🏻

  first of all, love these products. the material is so flattering and comfortable i feel like this brand knows what a woman wants. but what i came here to say is Saneea is such an angel. so helpful with a bubbly personality. hopefully i can see her whenever i come by:) thanks for all ur advice girl
