  I recently visited this location with my friend because I know they have a larger store compared to various locations and better stock. The store was very clean, tidy, lots of stock in various items. The one thing that threw me and my friend off was the amount of staff constantly asking if we needed help. It’s as if they over staffed the mid day shift around 3 pm and everyone was on the floor. We got asked if we needed help at least 6 times, we couldn’t catch a break ! It honestly ruined the experience for us shopping there because it felt like we were being followed by someone that was eagerly hoping to serve us. Fine by 1 person is great but not 6 different people.

  Terrible. This aerie allows men into their dressing room. When I was trying on a bra a man “getting something” for his girlfriend walked into the dressing room. I was out of my change room to get an opinion from the sales girl for my bra. I screamed. Terrible experience. I talked to management and they did NOTHING. This would never occur at PINK. Do better Aerie.

  I had a disappointing experience at the checkout yesterday. Because there were no clear signs or guidance on where to line up, I waited in front of the cash desk, only for the cashiers to take several people who came after me first. I ended up waiting much longer than necessary. Clearer line markings and better queue awareness from the team would really help prevent this.
