I had such a wonderful experience with Reya! She went above and beyond to help me with my husband’s sunglasses and truly went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and the job got done. Her kindness, patience, and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciate all her help. A big shout-out to the manager as well for being so helpful and supportive throughout the process. It’s so nice to receive this level of customer service. Thank you, Reya and team, for going the extra mile!

I dropped by this store because there's a sale. And I realized I have a pair of Moncler sunglasses that's still under warranty but was purchased in Quebec. That's one of my fav pair but got some scratch on it. So I asked the lady named Faith working here about how the warranty works. I got my pair on sale but she helped with confirmed that I was insured with the full original price. She saw from my profile that I come from Quebec so she helped with checking the inventory in both GTA and Montreal. I didn't get my pair replaced here bc most stores in Ontario don't carry Moncler but I was very happy with her help.

This location was amazing. They were very helpful, informative and accommodating. They helped my husband with purchasing the meta glasses that he really wanted. I would definitely recommend going here.
