  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tommy store. One of the employees behaved extremely unprofessionally and shouted at children, which I found completely inappropriate and unacceptable. She was manager and she does not have manners how to talk to kids. The staff member was rude, disrespectful, and lacked basic customer-service manners. Employees should know how to communicate respectfully, especially when dealing with children and customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to staff on professionalism and respectful communication. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this store.

  the manager and the supervisor were too rude and had no intention to help Even they didn't try to solve the problem Don't be fooled by the smiles when you enter the store, because the moment you encounter a problem with them regarding an exchange or return, those smiles will turn into indifference and repeated attempts to avoid helping. I do not encourage you to visit this store.

  The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience very pleasant. I received a good discount, and as a new customer, the staff also asked for my email so I could receive an additional discount on top of the regular offer. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would happily shop here again.
