I bought some goodies online and had a pretty big return to make in store, which I was nervous to do- But I was helped by two suuuper lovely staff at cash today who were so so kind and so nice to chat with! Despite the till giving them issues throughout the return process + it being a busy Saturday, they both went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about the whole thing and cracked jokes/chitchatted with me in such a genuine & personable manner :) I wish I got their names! Thank you both for being so kind and cool!

I had to go to American Eagle today to pick up an online order and I had the pleasure of being helped by Ellie. I have not received customer service like hers in so long. She was so kind and accommodating! She really made my experience wonderful. Thank you Ellie for all your help!

I came in to purchase some jeans for work and what I thought was going to take an hour took 20 minutes, tops. The entire staff was extremely helpful including management who exhibited team player behaviour as opposed to boss entitlement. Experience was absolutely perfect I will be buying all my jeans from this store and location 🙏🏽 Thanks again for the help!
