  This store has pretty rude staff tbh I counted about six or seven of them standing around chatting to each other and only one working the cash register. None of them greeted or acknowledged us waiting in line. They wouldn’t allow us to throw out our cup in their garbage and told us we had to use the mall trash cans (as if they don’t have garbage cans inside of Aerie) First time I have been told I couldn’t throw something out. I worked at No Frills for years, I know what good customer service looks like and this wasn’t it. The cashier who rang us through was new and the girl training her were nice though and I appreciated that.

  I visited the store on March 14th around 4:30pm to purchase some new sports bras and underwear. I was feeling discouraged with the sports bra sizing (postpartum, two babies, lots of body changes as you can imagine). I was about to leave with just underwear, when the cashier stopped me and encouraged me to try another size. She took the time to find the right size in the back and offered a few other options as well. I ended up purchasing two of the options in store and ordered two more online because they fit so well and had the support I was looking for. Thanks to her I left feeling amazing with my purchases and spent another $110 that I would have spent elsewhere. Give this girl a raise! She deserves it. Cashier #MC5779.
