  What a strange experience here. I was trying on a couple of bras and clothing items here. I asked the fitting room worker if she had a bra in the another size. She checks their inventory online and says yes she will go look for it. About ten minutes go by and I’ve been finished trying on my other items for a while, just waiting in the fitting room for her to grab the size or tell me she can’t find it. I hear her grabbing items for other customers that came in after me so I am getting a bit impatient truthfully. A few minutes later she knocks on the door and I open it and she says (with some attitude) “oh you’re still in here?” I said “yes did you find the other size?” She says “yeah no we don’t have it” I’m like oh okay then. She tells me “but it comes in another colour you can try” I’m like “great what sizes do you have in that colour” then she tells me “I don’t know I didn’t check” 🤦‍♀️ thanks for wasting my time aerie, ended up going across the hall to Victoria’s Secret to find a bra.

  This store has pretty rude staff tbh I counted about six or seven of them standing around chatting to each other and only one working the cash register. None of them greeted or acknowledged us waiting in line. They wouldn’t allow us to throw out our cup in their garbage and told us we had to use the mall trash cans (as if they don’t have garbage cans inside of Aerie) First time I have been told I couldn’t throw something out. I worked at No Frills for years, I know what good customer service looks like and this wasn’t it. The cashier who rang us through was new and the girl training her were nice though and I appreciated that.
