  I unfortunately didn't get her name but 5 star customer service from the cashier JB4921 (dark brown hair, green skirt on July 13th 2026 1:30ish pm) in the mall outlet! She helped me find the exact bra I was looking for based off the strap alone! 10/10 she deserves all the credit!

  The two workers were so friendly and helpful. Felt more happy and relaxed (from an anxious person). They had the 10 for 42 sale but many of the styles were not in stock in my size. Said they can order at the counter and have it shipped free (limited time offer?) but I thought easier to just order online so I can make a joint order with AE. Felt bad I walked out with nothing.

  Extremely helpful staff. The curvy ginger sales MAN we had helping us was the best example of perfect I've seen in customer service in ages. From having a long history in retail management roles, I was so pleasantly surprised to see that there is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable staff out there! Not only did he make my daughter (She has went from a size 16 to an 8) feel so beautiful, but he helped her find a new style to suit her new body within Moms back to school budget!!

  My daughter and I entered this store with no inclination to purchase anything. My daughter has anorexia and most leggings make her look so sickly. The leggings with pockets look so amazing on her. I purchased them. Amazing staff. Absolutely will return.
