  Christian was an outstanding employee the second I walked in. I was first greeted and felt welcomed into the store by him. He had a no pressure, easy going attitude while being super helpful with finding the right pair of shades for me. After a long time of me searching because I can be fairly picky, he suggested the perfect pair for me and I love them! His future is bright and I wish him the best especially after telling me his goals. Highly highly recommend asking for Christian if you’re ever in Sunglasshut!

  I bought sunglasses from Sunglass Hut expecting decent customer service, but the return experience was awful. Despite the product being in perfect condition, the store refused to process the return and kept giving vague excuses instead of honoring what customers reasonably expect from a major retailer. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. For a company that charges premium prices, the after-sales support is extremely disappointing. Once they have your money, getting assistance feels impossible. I would strongly recommend thinking twice , if you value transparent return policies and customer service.

  To: Sunglass Hut Customer Support / Store Management I am writing to formally recognize the outstanding service I received at your Cataraqui Centre location. I came in needing a replacement screw for my Ray-Bans, and Olivia and Christian went above and beyond to assist me. Despite a technical glitch where the initial parts order was dropped, Olivia took immediate initiative to re-order them. When the original color was unavailable, she provided a creative solution to replace all four screws with a new color to ensure a uniform look. When I returned for the repair, both Olivia and Christian spent significant time and effort tackling a very difficult removal of the original screws. Their persistence, professional "can-do" attitude, and sincere apologies for the delay turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a fantastic one. My glasses are now perfectly functional again thanks to their hard work. Employees of this caliber are rare, and I hope they are recognized for their dedication to customer satisfaction.   Great shopping experience, staff is knowledgeable about products and styles. shopping for sunglasses can be a easy for some but for me it’s a bit of a chore so many styles and options, but with knowledgeable staff (that aren’t pushy) you can narrow down your choices. Plus when they have there promotions it makes it even easier to buy two pair! Why not treat yourself to some new shades cause summer just around the corner and the Sunglass Hut can help you out!

  Recently returned to my old favourite store Sunglass Hut in Cat Mall following cataract removal and light adjustable lens (20/20). I purchased two fabulous pairs of shades. Both staff were exceptionally charming, personable and helpful. Highly recommended.
