  I was given these Sandler by my son and they are/were very comfortable and easy to get off and on. I was at the beach and caught a to and this was the result. I found the Kingston store on Google and went there last Thursday and was immediately met by a manager. After explaining the situation and her accepting that they were less than a year old, she replaced them at no cost. On top of my fantastic and comfortable winter boots. I’m becoming a convert to their quality, provided the Sandler get through 4-5 more seasons (as the manager said these were the 1st she’d seen break like this.

  I recently visited the Columbia Factory Store and had a great experience. The store has a wide range of outdoor clothing, jackets, and footwear at very good discounts. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well‑organized. A solid spot if you’re looking for quality Columbia gear at a great price.
