  the male employee working this evening (07/29/26) is genuinely one of the worst sales associates i’ve ever dealt with in my life. i have had a prior negative experience with him in this store, however i enjoy shopping there, so i gave my prior experience the benefit of the doubt. disappointingly, it seems as though there has no improvement whatsoever. he is ridiculously rude, unhelpful, ignorant, and condescending. i will not be shopping here again. do better american eagle.

  L’accueil et le service ont été irréprochables. Beaucoup de soldes à l’arrière du magasin. Le travail de Nancy aux salles d’essayage est impeccable et chaleureux. Elle nous demande si la grandeur et/ou le modèle conviennent afin d’aller nous chercher autre chose sinon. Elle nous a même servi dans notre langue maternelle, le francais. Merci pour votre bon service, nous reviendrons 😊

  Rose and Jaqueline have terrible customer service and knowledge when it comes to policies, especially when it comes to online orders. Flippant and defensive attitudes from the start, over issues that they and their staff created. Genuinely reconsidering ever ordering from American Eagle again if this the type of people I’m supporting.

  I was so impressed with the customer service at this store! I stopped in while I was in Kingston and was greeted right away by Jacqueline. She was so helpful and engaging. I felt I was able to be honest with her about what I was looking for - I find it so hard to shop for jeans and denim shorts and leave feeling good about myself. Jacqueline was empathetic and took her time to find options for me that would suit my body type, fit my style, and make me feel confident. Katherine was also incredibly helpful in the fitting room - she gave honest and helpful feedback and matched my energy. This was such a refreshing shopping experience. I left with more than I came in for, excited to style my new clothes, and feeling confident! Thats what I call excellent customer service. This is not my home store, but I will be back because of this experience. Thank you Jacqueline & Katherine!
