I’ve been a regular customer at this store for quite some time, but today’s experience at the fitting room was extremely disappointing.
The staff member managing the changing room was incredibly rude. A customer before me tried on four items and decided not to purchase any of them. In front of other customers, the staff member commented, “What a waste of time.” That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Customers have every right to try items before deciding whether to buy them.
I then waited in line for nearly 15 minutes just to try on a shirt. When it was finally my turn, the staff member looked at the item and said, “This is a jacket, try it outside,” and refused to let me use the fitting room.
After waiting that long, being spoken to in such a dismissive manner was extremely frustrating. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and left a very negative impression. I expect better customer service, especially as a loyal customer.

Today I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Tommy Hilfiger store.
I selected an item and went to the checkout to make a purchase. The sales associate informed me that payment could only be made by card. I explained that I only had cash with me. As a result, I was refused the sale.
As I was leaving the store, the sales associate called me back to the register and told me that they could accept cash after all, but only if I registered for an account in their system. I did not wish to provide my personal information and declined to register. After that, I was told that I could simply leave.
I was shocked by this treatment. I find it completely unacceptable that the purchase of a product was made conditional upon registering for an account and providing personal information. Refusing to serve a customer because they do not wish to register is unprofessional and creates a very negative customer experience.
As a result of this interaction, I was left with an extremely poor impression of both the store and its customer service.

We had a great experience at the Tommy Hilfiger Outlet! The clothes were really good, as always we’ve been shopping here for a while and it never disappoints.
A special shoutout to Arsh, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection, suggesting styles, and helping us find the right sizes. Also, Prachi was wonderful, very kind, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our cash checkout.
Their excellent customer service made our shopping experience even better. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
Thank you for the young indian lady and Mike on the cashier for assisting me today. The classic models are rarely nowdays for the TH brand. Thanks anyways !
