  My partner returned something for me at this Limeridge Mall location in Hamilton and he had a terrible experience. He explained that the cashier was extremely rude and it was unwarranted as my partner was very kind and respectful. Terrible staff. They need to demonstrate more kindness and respect. They also didn’t refund $9 for the shipping cost of the item.

  Jessica and Marissa were great! I came in with what I thought would be an annoying and complicated transaction, but they handled it with ease and patience. Whether it was actually difficult or not, I really appreciated all of their help. Aside from those two, the rest of the employees at this location have always been kind and helpful as well. Love coming here!

  Store was very busy yet staff were all gathered around a display table talking. I had to notify them that the lineup to checkout was very long before someone jumped on the till. I brought 2 items to purchase and were told that my size wasn't on sale yet there was a whole bin of them with a sale sign attached. Did not appreciate the managers snippy attitude. Will go to another store mext time.

  My favourite place to shop at. Items can definitely be a bit pricey but the quality is so good and worth it and the staff is always so friendly and chill!!!!
