  I had a great experience at the Tommy Hilfiger in the Premium Outlets , especially thanks to the manager who went above and beyond to help me with a return. Unfortunately, the shoes I purchased were two different sizes, but the manager was extremely understanding and was able to accommodate the return without any hassle. I really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It’s not every day you come across such great customer service! The manager made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Thank you for taking the time to help and for providing such excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping at Tommy Hilfiger again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had a great experience today. Nancy was the lady running the fitting room and it was a busy Friday. She was super busy but gave us excellent service.

  Very disappointing experience at Tommy Hilfiger. After making a large purchase, we politely asked for two small extra bags. We even offered to show our receipt to confirm that all the items had been purchased from the store. If the store policy does not allow giving extra bags, that would have been completely understandable. What was disappointing was the attitude of the employee, "El" The request was met with a rude and dismissive response, which made us feel unwelcome as customers. The issue was not the bags themselves, but the way we were treated. Customer service is about respect and professionalism, even when the answer is no. I expected a much higher standard of courtesy and customer care from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger.
