Very disappointing experience at Tommy Hilfiger.
After making a large purchase, we politely asked for two small extra bags. We even offered to show our receipt to confirm that all the items had been purchased from the store. If the store policy does not allow giving extra bags, that would have been completely understandable.
What was disappointing was the attitude of the employee, "El" The request was met with a rude and dismissive response, which made us feel unwelcome as customers. The issue was not the bags themselves, but the way we were treated. Customer service is about respect and professionalism, even when the answer is no.
I expected a much higher standard of courtesy and customer care from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger.

So there is no point of rotating your head in all four directions when a customer wants refund. It specifically for Marva its your job don't be shy to do it properly if i didn't like the product its my right to return and take my money back... no customer service no professionalism .. additionally at the time of order the lady with blonde hair ask my number email four times thats really not acceptable kindly treat your customer with kindness and respect if you dont want to do your job there are so many outside who are willing to ....

Fantastic experience at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet located at the Premium Outlets store in Halton. Ms.Muku was so helpful . The apparel is beyond doubt superlatively good quality and they offer reasonably priced goods. Would highly recommend. A special mention to Ms.Muku once again for being an excellent manager .

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of your cashiers—an older Black woman working at the counter(Men Section). This was my second visit, and both times she was shockingly rude. The first time, she neglected to ask for my email, so I missed out on a discount. Today, when I approached, she completely ignored me, even while someone else was at her counter, just staring at her nails. When it was finally my turn, she didn’t even bother greeting me and just pointed to the monitor for me to enter my own email. Such a dismissive attitude is absolutely unacceptable. I expect management to address this behaviour immediately, as customers should never be treated with such disregard

Found the shirt that my husband has wanted for quite some time. At the cash the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. Got me all signed up and I was able to save some more money on my purchases. Great staff and service!
