Thank you to Daniel at this location who helped me put an outfit together for a wedding. He went above and beyond with customer service and care truly one of a kind!

The staff in the fitting rooms is busy talking, not paying attention to the people waiting. There were multiple rooms open but still the people were waiting due to their lack of attention.

impolite staff, I was in the shop before their closing time looking around and the staff kept coming up to me and followed me around the store telling me I can’t be here and that I needed to leave until I left even though I was already in the store before their closing time. They have to learn how to respect customers

Beware of this Total fraud location. Manager of this store seems a sketchy guy with no manners on how to talk to a customer. My refund was done though a gift card which I went to use it I was told transaction didn’t go through. Then started asking for a physical card. I provided them with card numbers and bar code which they asked for initially but somehow they keep making excuses. This is open fraud not letting customers use their own money. Manager made a personal comment saying you are asking a ‘funny question ‘ and was highly dismissive of my issue. Avoid this location.
