  I don't usually shop much at American Eagle so when I went in looking for jeans I didn't have much time and I was very stressed out and unsure of my size. A girl named Hannah helped me out. She was very sweet and kind and helpful and help me find not only 1 but 2 pairs of jeans for the price of 1. She had patience with me, and made sure I found exactly what I came in looking for and I left with 2 pairs!!! I had a wonderful experience with her. Thanks so much Hannah!!! 😊

  There are never any staff at the fitting rooms to help out. You have to go ask them at cash to get you a room and they’re very dismissive about it. I’ve had a girl just open the door and take the clothes back from you with no words spoken to me. I’ve been discouraged from buying stuff because of horrible service.
