  I had a good experience at Sunglass Hut Sherway Gardens. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave me a very good price on my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Unfortunately, the first pair had a creaking frame and appeared to be defective. When I brought it back, they handled the issue professionally and quickly ordered a replacement for me. I appreciate the customer service and how smoothly they resolved the problem. The only reason for four stars is that the original pair should have been checked more carefully before it was given to me
