  I had a great experience at American Eagle yesterday thanks to Enarah. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment she approached me. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me find what I needed, and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable without ever making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across customer service like this, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. American Eagle is lucky to have someone like Enarah on the team. Thank you again for the excellent service!

  We put shorts on hold on a Sunday They said it was buy 1 get 1free . We came in Monday They did not honour the buy one get one. Apparently they are not aware of promotion changes. That is not right for the customer

  I had an amazing experience with Sydney at American Eagle Outfitters! She helped me pick out the perfect outfits tailored to my upcoming travels. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and her thoughtful notes and reminders for future visits were such a nice touch. Sydney made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable— I highly recommend her!
