  The two girls working today at AERIE were amazing and so helpful! Shout out to Chelsea she was so spectacular and helped me order these sweatpants I really wanted that were not in store. She was so patient and kind, I really appreciated the fantastic customer service! 11/10!

  Olivia in Aerie was AMAZING, she helped me in the fitting to find my size and desired colours, she was very patient and professional! Also the store has great sales and deals, I made a purchase in AE earlier on a day and turned out you can get 5$ off your purchase in Aerie if shown a proof of purchase in AE. The cashier was very nice for letting me know about that. Loved the service a lot!

  I am standing in the queue right now to pay for the stuff. It’s been so long, no one has attended us. Customer service needs to be upgraded at this location of AE. Hope it gets better.
