From the moment I spoke with her, she made the experience easy and stress-free. Lee went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and made me feel like a valued customer.   Had an issue with a pair of glasses, came to mapleview for a Sunday afternoon and walked away with a pair of defunct shades. Leigh, the manager was a breath of fresh air to deal with, quick diligent and even went as far as to reach out to a Sunglass Hut closer to me, just so I wouldn’t have to drive there for a replacement. Customer care is clearly a priority and I’ll be making sure to grab more glasses next time I come to Mapleview. Knowing full well that they will take care and make sure their customers leave with what they wanted while looking stylish as they do.

  Buying new glasses after 10 years is always a challenge. The young man that helped me made it a great shopping experience. I appreciated the time he took with me to find just the right ones. Great store and did not feel pressured. Highly recommend this store.

  Great experience tonight. Sylvie was fabulously helpful and patient with a tricky return. She was super friendly and engaged in helping me find a new pair of better fitting sunglasses while simultaneously assisting other shoppers. A true professional. Sunglass Hut should be thankful to have her. The store itself is well stocked with many different brands and styles. I'm normally a cheapskate, choosing to buy sunglasses from Shoppers or the dollar store (must be because I'm a Yorkshireman) however Sylvie knew her stuff, explaining and convincing me of the quality of product I was purchasing. I might be a mug but I even went as far as to buy the protection plan to protect my investment. I'm certain I'll need to utilise that at some point.

  I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Lee was polite, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable and pressure-free. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, and her guidance even led me to purchase an additional pair of glasses with confidence.
