  I had such a positive experience with Bailey, the store manager. She helped me over the phone to track a package that had not been delivered. She then went on to call American Eagle to see if the package was sent there accidentally, and then called customer service. THANK YOU BAILEY.

  Been here maannyyy time in the past. It’s honestly my favourite place in Burlington and today I had the pleasure of meeting Sav. She was soo lovely and helpful. She greeted me when I first walked in, was honest with me and kept checking in on me up until she rung me up probably an hour later. She is so sweet and has such a good vibe! Hope to see her next time I’m in!!

  Great store . Friendly helpful staff. My daughter loved her loungewear and gift card .
