  huge thanks to Mo, he was amazing!! he took the time to help me find the glasses i wanted and even gave me suggestions on what looked best with my face. he was so patient, funny, and super knowledgeable. you can tell he actually cares about helping people and not just making a sale. thank you so much for helping me find the perfect birthday gift! couldn’t have done it without your help. if you get the chance to work with Mo, you’re in the best hands :)

  The manager working on June 23rd 2026 by the name of Nish or Neesh, had a nasty attitude. Never have I been into a retail store where I was treated so poorly and with such disregard. If someone pays close to $1000 dollars for a product or any product for that matter should be helped or at the very least pointed in the right direction. Being told “ask meta but I don’t think they will help you” is not helping at all. I’ll never spend a single dime at sunglass hut ever again.

  Unfortunately, the customer service at Sunglass Hut in Bramalea City Centre has been the worse I’ve ever seen. As someone who works in the retail industry myself, the attitude of some of the workers here ESPECIALLY the manager is unbelievable. The manager goes by the name Neesh. They not only ridiculed me but they also failed to provide any support. I will no longer be returning to this location and I suggest you find somewhere else to make any purchases. More than dissatisfied with my experience here.
