  I visited this Sunglass Hut location at Bramalea City Centre on June 1 at around 1:00 PM to return a pair of glasses. The representative refused to process the return and claimed that their system was down. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the system was truly not working, why was the store open and serving customers? The explanation did not seem credible, and I ended up wasting my time making the trip. I expected better customer service, professionalism, and honesty. Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting a different Sunglass Hut location if possible. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

  I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was quite rude and unhelpful. I liked a pair of glasses and wanted to explore more options, but he showed no interest in helping or offering alternatives. What bothered me most was that he packed the display pair for me, even after I clearly mentioned that I did not want the display piece. Despite my concern, he proceeded anyway and handled the situation rudely. Overall, the service was poor and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

  We had a great experience shopping for sunglasses at Sunglass Hut yesterday. Raman was very attentive to our needs and was helpful in suggesting various options that suited our needs. Thank you, will definitely visit again.
