  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Bella, because she truly made my shopping experience one of the best I’ve ever had. I can be incredibly indecisive when I shop, especially when it comes to finding clothes that actually suit me, but Bella was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Instead, she took the time to listen to what I liked, gave honest recommendations, and stayed positive the entire time. What surprised me the most was that even though she’s fairly new, she already knows so much about the store, the clothing, and what styles work best. She answered all of my questions with confidence and made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. We even had a genuine conversation while shopping, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer instead of just another sale. The biggest surprise of all was that Bella helped me find not one, but two pairs of jean shorts that I absolutely love. I normally don’t like wearing jean shorts and never thought I’d leave the store with any, but thanks to her recommendations and encouragement, I found two pairs that fit perfectly and made me feel confident. Bella is truly an amazing employee. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. Employees like her are hard to find, and American Eagle is incredibly lucky to have someone who cares so much about providing such outstanding customer service. Thank you, Bella, for making my shopping trip such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the exceptional service you provided!

  Pepper should get a raise, genuinely he was the best! So helpful and he had such good advice when matching different things, and I loved that he was so positive and genuinely wanted to help you. 10/10 experience definitely coming back to see Queen pepper

  Christina was amazing. So friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I really have trouble finding pants that fit. I was in and out in 10 minutes with 2 pairs of pants that fit perfectly. Thanks Christina! Just went back for more jeans and Bradley Pepper was amazing. All the staff at this store are very friendly and helpful.
