I am horrible with names bit Veronica or Victoria? Was SUPER knowledgable and somehow knew the sunglasses I was looking for just based off of a poor description and a blurry photo of one of the arms of the glasses. Miracle working, great vibes, icon

I had a great experience with Veronica. I had purchased the warranty with my previous sunglasses, which had wear and tear, and she made the replacement process smooth and easy. She helped me get the pair I wanted by arranging to have them shipped from another store. Throughout the process, she was friendly, cheerful, and informative, and she kept me updated on everything. I'm very happy with the service I received. Thank you, Veronica!
