  I was in the store yesterday and the girl at the cash was so helpful. I was really having a bad day and she was so kind & helpful to me. I felt so embarrassed today as I was really having such a bad day. The staff are so wonderful there. Also, the one helped me in the change room. Thank you so much. I am so happy.

  Hannah helped me with jeans recently, and I just wanted to say how incredible she was. I had been feeling really discouraged after struggling to find jeans that fit properly, and she was so kind, knowledgeable, and proactive. She immediately helped me figure out sizing and different styles, made me feel comfortable, and helped me order exactly what I was looking for. I left in tears, but for a good reason, because I finally felt helped and understood. She truly made my day, and I wanted someone to know what a difference she made.

  There’s so much to say. I recently visited this location to buy some new clothes after losing 16 pounds over the last few months. As someone who is legally blind, shopping can sometimes feel a bit daunting. On this visit I didn’t have my guide dog with me, but I did have my sister along — which was a pretty great consolation prize. I was quickly greeted by Hanna, whose contagious smile and warm energy immediately made me feel comfortable asking for assistance. From the very beginning she went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced while shopping. Hanna not only helped bring different sizes and styles quickly between fittings, she also took the time to describe the colours, styles, and overall look of the jeans so I could fully understand what I was trying on. She checked in with both me and my sister for feedback and worked with us to find options that suited my body and the style I was looking for. Her communication was prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. As someone with a visual disability, navigating clothing stores with endless options can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are moments when you hesitate to ask for too much help, but Hanna made the entire experience effortless. What makes it even more meaningful is that she provided this level of service without even knowing I had a disability — it simply reflects her natural kindness, professionalism, and dedication to helping customers. Hanna is an absolute rockstar. She clearly enjoys her job, understands the product, and genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Employees like her deserve to be recognized and celebrated. American Eagle — you have a fantastic team member in Hanna.
