  If you want to return multiple items, don't go to this store. I needed to exchange 2 pair of jeans (ordered online) and it was an actual nightmare. Long story short, the store manager that worked this evening cannot lead her team nor hold her own composure in front of customers. This store manager took over my exchange which she kept messing up on and rushed it so fast that she emailed my receipt (for an online order) to an email address I haven't used since high school. I recovered the address that is attached to my AE account, and guess what... there is no receipt in the inbox or on the AE app. Btw, the first girl was patiently updating my information before the manager abruptly took charge. The manager even asked her condescendingly, "How are you updating her information?". THANKFULLY that girl saved my correct address as I found it on the app which I had to recover which felt like getting into Fort Knox. BUT, I left that store not knowing if I was going to be refunded for one pair and if my exchanged pair was going to be shipped to the right location. Before leaving I said to the manager, "Wow, so I have to trust that this shipment will hopefully go to the right address without having any receipt or proof that this all happened". She had the NERVE to say after all of that commotion, "Hopefully". To the first girl who was helping me - you were doing great and you deserve to work under a better manager.

  I had such a great experience here! I was shopping for dresses for my engagement session photos and Presley was absolutely amazing. She was so happy, sweet, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. She made me feel so comfortable. I also want to give a shoutout to the other girl working in the change rooms (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) — she was also incredibly kind and helpful. Both of them went above and beyond to make my shopping experience so enjoyable.

  Hannah was our customer service representative and if I could give her 10 stars I would...I worked years ago in retail when real customer service was demanded...Hannah was very pleasant..fed the fitting room...took away unwanted items...kept checking on us. She went way beyond today's retail standards by far. We had a very pleasant back to school shop for my niece and dropped a grand thanks to Hannah

  Had such a good shopping experience here. I went there to look at there deals and the new Halloween collection. The lady at the fitting rooms was very helpful. I asked her what size pjs were on the mannequin and she dropped what she was doing got a ladder and grab the pjs off the mannequin and let me try it on so I knew what size I needed. She was very helpful and helped me price match what I was buying. the guy at the cash register let me know that one of the shirts I was getting was buy 1 get 1 free so that was very helpful!
