  I bought lots of stuff from here. But the experience i had today is quite disappointing. My freind was getting a sweatshirt and it was on sale for 40$ online and in store as well . But a girl over there charged her for full price and when i asked her that it shows on sale. The girl talked to us very rudely that she knows and still charged wrong. They removed the price which says 40$ immediately. Its means you are gonna charge the customer full price. I wish i had an option for 0 star…..

  It’s strange to see any negative comments toward a store I can confidently say has never acted that way with me while shopping there. I have three daughters, we all shop there frequently and have never had a negative experience. The staff are helpful and genuine, and honestly just seem to enjoy helping each other and working there. I often hear them interact with other families shopping, and they are always very friendly and welcoming. They even give my youngest stickers every time she’s with us so she feels included in the experience since she’s too young to shop there herself! I’m sure not every customer has the exact same experience, but I’ve worked retail and understand sometimes they can’t help everyone as thoroughly as they’d like. Aside from a couple of dust bunnies and finger prints on the mirrors, I’d say they’re one of the best stores in that mall. 10/10 would recommend and will never miss a chance to keep shopping at that location!

  Unfortunately this store does not stock very many items in XL and almost no XXL. Last time I was in there full priced new selection had one xl in one colour and zero XXL. Like all stores that claim to be size inclusive, they only carry thier “bigger” sizes on line only.
