  My friend and I visited a few days ago and she was racially profiled by an employee. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by an employee who, instead of saying hi, asked what our plans were for the night, which was odd. She proceeded to follow us around the store at very close proximity, not even an arm’s length away from us. It quickly became evident that the employee wasn’t actually following the both of us, she was focused only on my friend. My friend moved to the opposite side of the store to me to look at sunglasses, to confirm whether racial profiling was actually occurring or whether this was just a new employee being too diligent about loss prevention. When she did, the employee followed her to the other side of the store and didn’t once come near me. My friend eventually had to confront the employee, who continued to follow her and watch her anyway. We were disgusted. We ended up leaving the store and buying our sunglasses elsewhere.

  We had a great experience buying our glasses with Kenni. He was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable with our choice. You can really tell he cares about his customers.   We just bought a pair of glasses in the mall, and they customer service was great! But they gave us a free gift, and I have some questions to this gesture, as the main part of this cleaning kit is literally missing😂😭 I would better get no gift than this, honestly… Weird
