  I had a fantastic experience at Sunglass Hut in Mic Mac Mall. Gagan provided exceptional customer service and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was looking for the right sunglasses and ended up purchasing two pairs, thanks to her patience, product knowledge, and honest recommendations. She took the time to explain the different options, helped me compare styles, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Gagan was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find what suited me best. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and she truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Gagan, for your outstanding assistance. I absolutely love my new sunglasses and will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

  Had amazing customer service when went to the store to have my broken Ray bans fixed. All staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Christine went above and beyond when my poor glasses couldn’t be fix.
