Piper and Emily were absolutely amazing! They took the time to help me find a bra that fit perfectly and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right fit. Their outstanding customer service made all the difference, and I truly appreciate their help. Thank you both for such a wonderful shopping experience!
Visited the other day to search for a hoodie I saw online. Store was messy, and associates were gossiping by the cash and didn’t look up at me the 5 mins I was in the store. It was fairly quiet as within 30 mins of closing. Will order online instead.

I bought a couple items yesterday and the pants were to big. I unfortunately had the tags in the pocket but put the wrong tags in the pants I was exchanging. Had receipt but they still wouldn’t exchange for a smaller size. Now I have to go back home and get the right tags so they will exchange. It wasn’t even a return but refused to do it. Under the circumstances I not happy with the service and won’t be shopping there again

I had such a bad experience here yesterday and i left feeling so upset. I was an Aerie employee for 3 years at a different location so I know the service that is expected from the company and the service I used to provide for others, and I did not recieve that service here.
I came in looking for a bra, unsure what my size is anymore since it has been awhile since I've purchased one and my body has changed. I grabbed a few sizes and styles but nothing seemed to be fitting right. I asked the woman working in the fitting room for help and told her my concerns with the bras (no one checked on me to I had to ask for help, even though the fitting room was not busy). She seemed really uncomfortable talking about bras, but offered to size me. As a former employee, I knew how the measuring tape for bra measurements is supposed to be used, and she used it wrong and got the wrong size. She told me I was a 40C. I said I was willing to try this size, but I was pretty sure that band size would be way too big. She ignored this and told me her shift was over and I would have to get someone else to help me.
The person coming in after her walked in the fitting room, so she asked her to grab me a 40C. The new employee said "That's a weird size and we don't sell it in store, but maybe I can find one". They were shouting the size in the fitting room which i something Aerie trains their employees never to do. I felt so embarrassed about the way they were talking about the size, especially since I've had personal struggles with body image. They ended up bringing me the size. I tried it on, no one checked on me to see how it fit (it did not fit at all). I ended up leaving because I felt overwhelmed and frustrated with how I was treated.
I really love Aerie and the company's commitment to body positivity and inclusion, so I'm sad about the way I was treated at this location. I hope no one ele had experienced this treatment.
Great buys
