Visited the other day to search for a hoodie I saw online. Store was messy, and associates were gossiping by the cash and didn’t look up at me the 5 mins I was in the store. It was fairly quiet as within 30 mins of closing. Will order online instead.

I bought a couple items yesterday and the pants were to big. I unfortunately had the tags in the pocket but put the wrong tags in the pants I was exchanging. Had receipt but they still wouldn’t exchange for a smaller size. Now I have to go back home and get the right tags so they will exchange. It wasn’t even a return but refused to do it. Under the circumstances I not happy with the service and won’t be shopping there again
Terrible lazy staff won’t look up from their phone and openly refuse to do their jobs.
I went in this evening to return a Christmas gift my mom purchased for me. The suit didn’t fit right so I was happy to take a credit or a refund so I could get something else in place of the gift. This is my second attempt at exchanging/requesting a refund as I went in earlier this week. At that time, I only had a gift slip (which is what people give when they purchase a gift) so the young girl working told me I could only get a credit. I didn’t see anything I liked so I wanted my money back to shop. It was over $100. I called my Mom to chat and the young girl working rudely interrupted me. I returned back with the detailed receipt tonight, they two girls working were over on the side of the check out counter watching their phones and laughing. I gave her the detailed receipt, which is what the previous girl told me I needed for the refund and then she proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t accept the refund because one of the tags was missing! I asked for a manager, but that happened to be the young girl that was with her laughing on their phone. They barely spoke to me or gave me an explanation. The manager didn’t even introduce herself or look at me. At this point, I was so frustrated. I just took the receipt and left and told them I would never shop in the store again I proceeded to go upstairs to the American Eagle location to confirm their policy because it’s the same organization. They gladly listened to my concerns, refunded the items and helped me find something I liked which fit me. I highly recommend shopping at the American eagle in mic Mac mall. The staff was well trained, listened to my concerns and addressed my issue. I will never again walk into that Aries store in the mall. Brutal customer care and the items are so expensive, a gift is a gift.

Very disappointed in the manager and staff I came in contact with at Mic Mac Mall. Dismissive and rude.
I’ve been a long time customer at Aerie and a fan of the clothes. Unfortunately Aerie seems like a company that doesn’t care about if their customers are happy or taken care of.
It’s too bad. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
