  I shopped at the McAllister mall location a few days ago and I had a very odd experience. I walked in and all of the workers including the manager were gathered at the cash talking. Only 1 worker started interacting with me but it seemed flirtatious and made me somewhat uncomfortable. When the manager was checking out my clothes for me she asked for my phone number to see if I had an account but the man who helped me was standing there and looked like he was about to write it down on a sticky note so I gave my friends number instead cause it was awkward and uncomfortable.

  Ordered online to pick up in store here, then when it was ready for pickup the day after said it was picked up. Did the chat thing online and said all they could do was give me a refund couldn’t give me any information about what happened. Very disappointing I have been a long time customer and don’t understand this as now the item is out of stock and I used birthday coupon.

  As much as we enjoy the clothing, it is the Customer Service I need to highlight. I have had multiple trips to the Saint John, NB location and both George and Logan keep me coming back. Not only have they both gone above and beyond to help us find the styles and sizes we need, but they are both incredibly friendly. They make me feel like I have my own personal shoppers (Insert Pretty Woman reference here). They have excellent sales skills without being pushy. Their employer is very lucky to have them.

  Expensive jeans for fussy teens. What i love is the return policy. Very generous length of time.
