  Do not buy glasses here, staff was rude and ignorant when I tried to return my meta glasses that apparently had two small micro chips that you had to look under a special light to see, meanwhile I never used them. I tried them on twice and got a headache from them within minutes. So make sure you open the boxes before you leave and inspect them really really good, they didn’t care and wouldn’t give me a way to contact the manager. But they would return them only if I bought a high end pair of glasses from them in exchange. I’m like how is that ok????? Again buyer be aware 100% better to shop at a different place then the bass pro shop sunglasses hut.

  Bought a pair of sunglasses 2 years ago, was told they were covered is lenses, frames broke. Called about them 18 months in and was told they could not fix or replace... sorry about my luck. 350$ down the drain. Im sure they got their commission still. Will not be supporting them again

  Long story short. Wanted to buy Ray Ban Meta AI glasses for my friend in November last year, but the store had no gift cards. Came back in April, same thing, no gift cards. Called Fredericton - no gift cards. I was told to buy an online e-gift card, and I did it expecting it to come the same day because it is electronic, but nothing came. I called, and they said to wait 4 hours. I called a second time and was told to wait 3-5 days. So I ended up missing my friend's birthday gift because of all this. Then I requested a refund, called 3 times and was told that they would proceed with the refund, but I need to wait 10-15 business days. Waited 1 month - nothing. Called 6th time and they told me there is no money back when you buy a gift card, so I can only spend the money on the website. Gave me an additional 40% off for their troubles. When I came to the store and asked for help me to order glasses using my gift card and promo code, they refused and told me to do it myself on the computer. Now I'm trying to insert my gift card and promo code, and its just simply works for only discount glasses but not for META AI. Customer service 0 as well as the company. If you want to lose your money, welcome to the store.
