  I was in the store for a good 10 minutes before the store clerk came out on the floor. She asked if she could help me and I told her I was exchanging a pair of sunglasses so was just going to try some different ones on. She never informed me of any sales or suggested any sunglasses that might look nice on me. She didnt seem very helpful with any other customers that came in the store while I was there. She couldn't get the debit machine to work and lost some sales... she finally called her manager who walked her through the debit machine fix. When I finally chose a pair of sunglasses to exchange she didnt know how to do the transaction and had to call her manager back to walk her through it. Once she figured it out she realized the ones I chose were actually 50% off. I said I wish I had of known that... I could have picked out a couple of pairs for the exchange price. She just continued on with the transaction and ignored what I said. It seemed like she felt bothered that customers were in the store. Maybe it was just me. I told her I hoped the rest of her day would go well, given the rough start she had.

  I had a very disappointing experience when I visited the store to purchase sunglasses. The store had a good collection of shades, but the salesperson’s behavior was unprofessional and not at all welcoming. Due to the poor customer service, I left without making a purchase. STORE HAS COOL SHADES BUT NOT SO COOL SALES PERSON.

  Your salespeople are friendly, competent and knowledgeable. A special mention for Elizabeth who worked closely with me to find glasses that suit the size and shape of my face. Thanks to everyone at Sunglass Hut for the terrific customer service.
