  Had the worst experience. I bought my self and my son a pair of sunglasses last year. They sold us an insurance at 30$ per sunglasses that if we scratch them , we can exchange them no extra cost if it’s the same price if it’s within a year. I go there and if I want to activate this insurance I need to pay an extra 60$ on top of the 30$ I paid the year before and an extra 8$ because the sunglasses I chose were 8$ more expensive. I argued that I was never told there would be an extra fee of 60$ and the employee just laughed at my face and said there’s nothing she can do. Basically I was robbed 30$… I felt disrespected and will never go back

  Great staff and service. I have had to deal with my insurance exchanges several times and it is always so smooth. Parakh, I believe the manager, is great at his job, excellent attention to details and makes great suggestions. I find him incredibly helpful without being overbearing.

  Raghav was great to deal with, he was very professional and knew his product knowledge very well. He made great suggestions to my wife and I and made sure we felt comfortable. Thanks again for the great service, we will be back for sure!

  Zero Stars. Would never recommend purchasing from this location. They give false information and getting a return is a terrible.
