  I'm very happy with my first experience at the Sunglass Hut. The lady who attended my visit was kind,patient and very knowledgeable on every product I inquired about and helped me decide on the best pick for my facial features. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. A very peasant experience. I will be coming back.

  Sunglass Hut at Polo Park. I agree with the other reviewer about the insurance plan. I bought sunglasses here in 2025, and the sales lady strongly convinced me to buy the $30+ insurance plan. I specifically asked if the plan would cover the full cost of a replacement, and she told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. This month, I came back because I broke my sunglasses and wanted to use the insurance. I was surprised to find out that I still had to pay $70 for a replacement. I feel very misled because I clearly asked about extra fees before purchasing the plan, and I was told there wouldn’t be any. If I had known I would still have to pay $70, I would not have bought the insurance. Very disappointing experience. I feel like I was convinced to buy the insurance based on information that wasn’t accurate. I won’t be coming back.

  Super helpful staff. The nose pad broke off a few hours after buying and when I returned to the store they were absolutely wonderful and understanding definitely would recommend.
