  Very disappointing experience. The manager had a very rude and arrogant attitude and clearly did not know how to treat customers with respect. Customer service was terrible, communication was poor, and I felt ignored when I raised my concerns. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the manager’s behaviour made the situation even worse. The staff seemed unorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I expected much better service and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

  I had an excellent shopping experience at the Calvin Klein store. Julia and Aiya were absolutely fantastic — incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their multilingual skills made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They truly represent the brand with excellence. Highly recommended!

  This is one of the best stores I visit anytime am at the mall. They are always happy to see and help you. The staff are wonderful and they don't discriminate. They always have sells and latest things to get.

  It was a 7/10 before Anna came. Well organized store and easy to find things, but Anna came with warmth and expertise to help me make an informed decision. She even upped the upt by opening my eyes to additional items. Thanks Anna, you’re a gem✨
