  I visited your store today at 12:30 p.m., and one of the sales associates was very rude simply because I asked about a discount. Customer service should always be respectful. I hope your staff receives better training on how to treat customers with kindness and professionalism.

  Horrible customer service. Bought two pairs of jeans from there on September 30 literally less than a month ago and one of them split by the pocket near the butt. I tried to ask for an exchange but because I don’t still have the receipt they have to apparently take it to higher corporate. Yet they can see literally see on my account when, where, what time and what jeans I purchased. I’m very upset. All I wanted was an exchange as I only got to wear these jeans twice. So upset.
