  Horrible customer service. Bought two pairs of jeans from there on September 30 literally less than a month ago and one of them split by the pocket near the butt. I tried to ask for an exchange but because I don’t still have the receipt they have to apparently take it to higher corporate. Yet they can see literally see on my account when, where, what time and what jeans I purchased. I’m very upset. All I wanted was an exchange as I only got to wear these jeans twice. So upset.

  The staff is rude , the door is beeping the staff said it there something in the bag before going out the store omg
