  Bought a great pair of polarized Ray-Ban sunglasses.The customer service was excellent- friendly,knowledgeable,and helpful throughout the purchase and this store have a great selection of styles.Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this store!!

  I was genuinely shocked by the poor customer service from the staff member who served me today While I was still looking at a pair of sunglasses, they suddenly took them away and put them back on display without saying anything. When I decided to buy a pair, I asked if they had a brand-new one, since the one I chose was clearly the display item. The staff member insisted it was “from the shelf,” almost as if they were refusing to admit it was the display model. What made the experience even worse was the checkout. After I paid nearly $400, they didn’t even hand me my purchase properly, and there wasn’t even a simple thank you This was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  I had a great experience at the sunglasses shop in Whistler. The guy Akash was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient while helping me choose the right pair of sunglasses. He had great knowledge about the products and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service highly recommend visiting the shop and asking for Akash!
