  Excellent service at the Park Royal store. Giancarlo and Roberto were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the the right sunglasses. They have a modest selection of glasses and sometimes offer deals if you buy one adult pair, you get a discount on the second pair. Solid warranty plan too, which replaces broken or damaged glasses (within 1 year and two weeks of purchase date) for a small deductible. 5⭐️

  Great experience with Robert! I originally came in just to buy sunglasses for my sister, but he introduced me to the Meta glasses and explained all the features and offers so clearly. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. I ended up getting a pair for myself and absolutely love them! Thanks, Robert, for the great recommendation and service. Highly recommend!

  I had such a nice experience at Sunglass Hut in Park Royal, and honestly Robert was amazing! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took his time helping me and showed me different options based on what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me something. He was really friendly and made me feel so comfortable asking questions. I really appreciated how much effort he put into helping me find the right pair. Thank you so much, Robert! I really appreciate all your help 😊 And thank you to Sunglass Hut as well for having such great options and for the helpful advice throughout the whole experience!🤍

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut location in Park Royal today. When I entered the store, the manager was leaving with another staff member. As he was leaving, I overheard him explaining to her how to identify customers who might be trying to steal sunglasses and warning her about certain behaviors. I found this uncomfortable, especially considering what happened afterward. The manager was away from the store for approximately 30 minutes. During that entire time, I was in the store looking at sunglasses. I asked the staff member working there if she could please check whether a particular pair I was interested in was available as a new item in the back. While I was waiting for her to check, other customers came in and were assisted and sold sunglasses while I continued waiting. When the manager returned, I politely asked him if he could check whether the sunglasses I was interested in were available in the back. Instead of acknowledging my request or assisting me, he immediately went to help another customer who had just entered the store. I had already been waiting in the store since before he left, and it was extremely disappointing to be completely overlooked when he returned. I understand that staff need to assist multiple customers, but the way I was treated felt dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others. Customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected, and that was certainly not my experience today.
