  these workers suck, they all give attitude and act like you’re stupid for asking them questions. They’re so slow and can’t manage time well, not to mention how awful they are at handling glasses, you could hear my frames snapping to the point where I had to replace them TWICE, then they tried playing in my face by giving me an already used pair, I had to push their manager to give me new a pair of glasses. It’s unfortunate because of how expensive these products are and these people don’t do their job right. Not kind people, no good service and one of them was hitting on my husband right infront of me, not professional at all.

  "I had an excellent experience at this location thanks to Bruno. He helped me adjust a pair of tight frames I just bought with his recommendation that were digging into my ears and completely fixed the issue. He was professional, accommodating, and very precise with his work. Amazing customer service—thank you, Bruno!"

  Amazing custom service. Jocelyn was very kind to adjust my Ray-Ban meta. Very friendly and even offered to clean my eyeglasses. I highly recommend this location in downtown Vancouver 👍👍👍
