I had a wonderful experience at Ray-Ban in Pacific Centre thanks to Jocelyn. She helped me fix my sunglasses and was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Jocelyn, for going above and beyond to assist me. I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism!
Colleen (I believe that was her name) helped me out, and Fabio was working as well. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience.
I came in looking at the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and had quite a few questions. They took the time to explain the different options, features, and fit without ever making me feel rushed. Their product knowledge was excellent, and they made the buying process easy and enjoyable.
I ended up purchasing a pair of Ray-Ban Metas and couldn’t be happier with them. The customer service was so good that I already plan on coming back to purchase a second pair in the future.
It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about helping customers and creating a great experience. Highly recommend this store if you’re considering Ray-Ban Metas or any eyewear purchase. Excellent service from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The worst store i've ever been to. Their return policy is ridiculous, they don't take anything at all. So don't bother to come back at this store, also they are so rude.

Fabio at Ray-Ban provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of as long-standing customers. He took the time to answer questions and ensure that we came to a solution. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine and attentive. A true 10/10 experience — thank you, Fabio!

I purchased a Ferrari model sunglasses from the Ray-Ban store at Pacific Centre in Vancouver. Unfortunately, the frame broke after just 6 days of normal use. The store replaced it, but the second pair also broke within about a week with the same issue.
While I did receive a refund, I was told I couldn’t repurchase the same model with the original 20% discount and would have to pay full price—even though the issue was clearly due to product quality, not misuse. I was informed by the cashier, Jocelyn, that this decision was made by the manager.
Overall, I expected much better quality and customer service from a brand like Ray-Ban. This experience was disappointing, and I recommend being cautious before purchasing from this location.
