    i wish i could give 0 stars. what a terrible experience. the manager was extremely cold and impassive with zero passion in providing support for customers. he just stood there like a statue with absolutely zero words spoken when we addressed our concern. when we gave the our stuff to the cashier for purchase, she discounted them to a price. she already printed a receipt, and we were ready to pay. however, she told us that if we purchased over a certain amount, there would be more discount, so we did. after carefully finding other items again, another cashier served us and said the unit price was double than what was printed before. we were confused, shocked, and tricked. there should be full transparency and not tricks behind price as i'm sure so many other customers thought the same. when we complained, another person in charge named jessie brought us to the front of the price post. there was 50% off on the top of a category, and the other $24.99 in the SAME category. she indicated that belongs to two different categories, though both stuff were under the same shelf. this was so confusing, and we're thinking that they're cheating and manipulating shoppers by making prices seem lower than its actual. so shoppers, please do not fall for this same mistake like we did. we completely wasted over an hour of shopping for nothing. i'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. all staff should be welcoming, informative, especially as a manager of the store, he should always make sure prices are exact and clear to customers and always address customers' concerns instead of standing there like a statue.

    Decent Selection, But Awkward and Uneasy Checkout Experience ​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I recently visited the Tommy Hilfiger location in the mall. While the retail space itself is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with their classic sportswear collections, the overall experience was brought down by a rather uncomfortable and tense interaction at the checkout counter. ​Store Environment & Selection ​The actual shopping portion of my visit was perfectly fine and met expectations. ​Organized Displays: The clothing racks and accessory displays were neatly arranged, making it very straightforward to navigate the floor and find specific sizes. ​Good Variety: The storefront carries a solid representation of the brand's apparel line, and everything was clean and well-lit. ​Unease at the Register ​Unfortunately, the positive momentum of the trip stopped completely once I approached the front lanes to pay. ​Awkward Atmosphere: The cashier barely acknowledged my presence and instead engaged in a hushed, intense conversation with a nearby coworker. This created an immediate, palpable sense of friction and unease, making me feel like I was awkwardly interrupting an internal issue just by trying to buy my items. ​Poor Communication: There was no standard greeting, eye contact, or verification of the items being scanned. The transactional process felt incredibly cold and dismissive. ​Abrupt Conclusion: After payment went through, my bag was handed over without a single word or a simple "thank you." ​The merchandise and store presentation are exactly what you would expect, but the front-end customer service felt incredibly uninviting. A little more professionalism and basic courtesy at the till would go a long way in ensuring customers don't leave the store feeling unwelcome.

    I made a pleasant purchase with my membership linked to my cell phone number, assisted by a very friendly girl. Minutes later, I returned to buy something else, and a very unpleasant man caused a scene because he wanted my email address. I explained that I didn't remember which email was linked to my account and that I had already made a purchase using the same procedure. He was very rude and told me, "It's not what you want. If you don't check your email, you're not a member." He then yelled at me again, saying that the young woman who had helped me was wrong and that he was right. A wonderful experience can definitely be ruined by an incompetent person who treats people badly for no reason.

    The store is very clean, well organized, and easy to browse. The staff are polite, welcoming, and always ready to help if you need assistance finding sizes or styles. The store has a great selection of clothing and everything is displayed neatly which makes the shopping experience comfortable. Overall it is a pleasant place to shop with professional staff and a great atmosphere.
