  I was having trouble returning an item and ended up going to three different Sunglass Hut locations trying to get the return processed. It was frustrating having to visit multiple stores for what should have been a simple return, but Anthony at the Guildford Mall location was super helpful. He was able to get everything sorted out in about 10 minutes (instead of the almost 2 hours I spent trying in another store, btw). He was patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. Thanks Anthony!

  Had such a good experience! AJ was super nice and helpful, and made it so easy to find a pair of glasses I loved. Really happy with my purchase!

  Worst service ever got in my life, on any store in my whole life, the staff was really impatient, if you are going to purchase something they will welcome you, if you will go for return then they not gonna welcome you they show frustration keep that in mind while going for return.

  Stopped by Sunglass Hut at Guildford Town Centre just to browse, but Anthony made the whole experience worth it. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and never pushy. He helped me try on a few different styles, gave honest opinions, and somehow made shopping for sunglasses actually fun. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that energy makes a big difference. I ended up leaving with a pair I love and had a great experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for great service and someone who actually cares about helping you find the right pair, ask for Anthony. I’ll definitely be coming back. We don’t see customer service like this anymore. You’re a gem Anthony! You’re outstanding!
