  A little late for feedback as i had visited this store yesterday went there to buy something which i had in my mind from one week but the attendant Srishti recommended a better pair than what i was looking for,,, Cheerful experience at the store made by her not just by the deal i got but also through the small conversation we had about the product. Thanks, for the wonderful experience.

  Chandra was amazing from the minute i called her to reserve my two meta that I bought and then the was she listened and catered to my request for other pair. Shes peoples person which we dont have these days in shops anymore otherwise i would have easily bought it online She not only sorted me also other customers in shop very professionally SHE is asset to the business and to customer care I see her going high in public dealing business. All the best Keep on giving your 200%

  Very disappointing customer service at Sunglass Hut Guildford. We went in to return a pair of sunglasses and were initially told to wait because they were busy. After questioning us repeatedly about why we wanted to return them, we mentioned that we were also interested in the new-generation glasses. The staff were helpful enough while they thought we might be exchanging them. The moment they realized we wanted a refund, the attitude completely changed. Suddenly, we were told their system was “down” and that they couldn’t refund a card payment, even though this was never mentioned when we first approached them. We were told to try again another day or go to another store. Whether the system was actually down or not, the timing and way this was handled felt extremely suspicious and unprofessional. A return should not become this difficult simply because a customer wants a refund instead of an exchange. Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

  Had a great experience today at Sunglass Hut! Chandra was extremely helpful with trying to fix the nose pads on my sunglasses. She took the time to find the right pad and made sure I was properly taken care of. Although the correct pads for my sunglasses weren’t available in store, Chandra still went above and beyond by ordering the right ones for me. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional and personalized assistance!

  I’ve been coming here for several weeks, and Anthony has been so helpful and beyond kind! I was just browsing around, and he helped me choose glasses for both me and my boyfriend. He patiently explained which styles suited our face shapes and skin tones because honestly, I had no clue how to choose 😂 He was super patient and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. He definitely made my day while I was looking for a gift. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend Anthony to everyone! ❤️
