  I visited the Guildford store around 3:30 and was disappointed by the guy name Lad . It was written on his name tag . I overheard him criticising his staff to other employees. I also overheard him making comments about his employees that I found racist. I'd like American Eagle HR to contact me, and I can provide full details. I am Manager at Nike in seattle. and what i heard was so mean and disrespectful and male chauvinist personality towards the women. HR department please contact.

  I was shopping at this store today and had the pleasure of being helped by Harrah. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase, making sure I selected the best-fitting pieces of clothing. I also want to recognize the young man at the till, who was equally helpful and was able to price match the online price for me, which was greatly appreciated. Both employees provided outstanding customer service and made my shopping experience a great one. Thank you, Harrah, and thank you to the young man at the till!

  I had a wonderful experience at American Eagle! I especially want to thank Dilnoor for being so kind, helpful, and patient with me. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. She was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate her help and will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend. ❤️

  I want to give a shoutoit to Sab at the Guildford AE for providing amazing service. I had picked up an online order from another location and tried the items on before leaving. As three of the items weren’t suitable I immediately returned them so they were processed as a cancellation instead of a return. Unfortunately I had not realized the store accidentally cancelled the wrong item and when I went to later go return the remaining items at the Guildford location there was a bit of a confusing mess to clean up. Sab was friendly and patient and got it sorted out and also price matched the new items I was purchasing. Thanks Sab for your amazing, friendly service! It’s rare these days
