I am not a google review person but this time i had to do it.. “I had a wonderful experience at the Tommy Hillfiger outlet in Richmond. At the cash counter, Salma was absolutely fantastic. She answered all of our questions with so much patience and care, and she handled everything with a smile. It was truly a great experience, and I felt really taken care of. Thank you, Salma!”
Zipper men's jackets are defective pieces. Bad quality at Tommy. Please be careful. Keep your receipt somewhere safe and wear your jacket right away so if needed you can return it on time and save yourself from the hassle they give you at the counter. Bad service and never coming back here to buy men's zipper jacket.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment I received at the Outlet Tommy Hilfiger which located in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport store in Canada
I’m regular customer in this store and it’s first time I see this not respect .
I found two shirts placed in the 70% off section of the store. When I brought them to checkout, I was told the discount did not apply. I understand that pricing or merchandising mistakes can happen. However, the issue was not only about the discount — it was about the extremely disrespectful way the manager Vika handled the situation.
The manager asked me to return to the 70% section and prove where I found the iitems, which made me feel as though I was being accused of lying or trying to deceive staff. Her attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of resolving the situation respectfully, she chose to argue and make me feel embarrassed in front of other customers.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of whether a pricing mistake occurred. This experience left a very negative impression of your brand and customer service standards.
I would like this complaint to be reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately. No customer should be treated this way in your stores.

Great price for what you get - especially when the membership discounts are applied. Mateus - a sales rep - did an amazing job kindly answering our hundreds of questions and went over all the pricing in detail while also helping us with the memberships and discounts. Oir group of six was very happy with the attention we were given. Fantastic experience due to high quality products and service.
