I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein Outlet at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver on August 11, 2026.
I purchased 6 T-shirts:
2 green T-shirts – sale price $24 each
3 red T-shirts – sale price $20 each
1 white T-shirt – sale price $20
3 red and 1 white were of 20 cad each if buy in a pair.
Unfortunately, there was a checkout scanning error. The cashier scanned the green T-shirt 3 times, even though I purchased only 2. As a result, I was overcharged an extra $24 for a green T-shirt that I did not purchase and 1 red t-shirt of 24 cad because it was excluded from pair because white t-shirt was not scanned.
The white T-shirt was not scanned at all, even though I purchased it. Therefore, the receipt does not correctly reflect the items I actually purchased.
I am mainly concerned about this overcharged amount. I would like CK customer service to review the transaction and arrange a refund for this incorrect charge.
The outlet is approximately 3 hours away from my home, so returning to the store in person just to correct this issue is very difficult for me. I would appreciate it if CK could provide a remote solution, such as refunding the incorrect charge to my original payment method or giving me any store credits or gift card.
I have the receipt and can provide photos or any other information needed.
I am very disappointed with this experience and hope Calvin Klein customer service can review the transaction and resolve this issue fairly.

Really good experience, it was closing time still they were willing to help. Specially Anthony took the extra step and got me the size i needed.
Will definitely come back!
I never saw that much attitude from salespersons in any store before. I’m not talking about the quality of CK or the prices you can find in this store. I’m talking about the attitude of salespeople in the store. The least expected is a simple smile and helping a client. That never happens. I witnessed how rudely the staff talked with two decent, senior Asian customers at the back of the store. While paying for my item, the cashier even didn’t look at me or ever say something like, “Please pay!” When rudely ignoring my presence and talking to other colleagues like you stand in a grocery store. I hope the leaders of retail stores consider this and go through some proper training for their staff.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this CK Calvin Klein store.
Several items were placed under a 70% OFF sign, but when we checked the prices they were showing only 30% off. We brought this to the staff’s attention and were told the sign might have been flipped by customers. We understood that explanation and moved to the section that was supposedly 70% off, but those items also scanned at only 30%.
When we asked for help again, we were ignored and made to wait several minutes, only to be told that we had to pay whatever price showed on the screen because the signs were wrong. What made the situation worse was the behaviour of an employee named Gabby, an Asian girl,
who was giving rude looks, making sarcastic expressions, and later pointing at us and laughing with coworkers. This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
Thankfully, the store manager Anthony handled the situation properly and honoured the 70% price, and the cashier who helped us was polite. However, Gabby’s behaviour completely ruined the experience.
If a store displays incorrect pricing, the least customers deserve is respectful service.
Very disappointed.
