  I’ve been shopping at Tommy Hilfiger New West for over 10 years, and it always feels like coming home. The store is beautifully organized and tidy, and the staff are warm, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. I especially remember Lyuda, the current manager, who once took the time to patiently explain everything to me when I had a return. Her patience, kindness ,and professionalism always really stand out. The whole team always makes me feel valued and takes care of my needs. I’ve recommended this store to my friends and family many times and will continue to do so. Thank you for creating such a welcoming experience year after year!🙏🙏🙏

  Had a lovely visit to the store today! My girlfriend and I were shopping and the assistant manager was very helpful with helping us to find the right style of clothes and did a great job of explaining the promotions and deals. Amazing customer service, great selection of clothing and nice discounts and deals. Highly recommend shopping here!!
