  Had a lovely visit to the store today! My girlfriend and I were shopping and the assistant manager was very helpful with helping us to find the right style of clothes and did a great job of explaining the promotions and deals. Amazing customer service, great selection of clothing and nice discounts and deals. Highly recommend shopping here!!

  I had a very disappointing experience with the Tommy Hilfiger store at the New Westminster location. The worst customer service ever... I purchased a men’s T-shirt from the Tsawwassen Mills store and washed it for the first time by hand in lukewarm water, exactly as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, the navy color bled into the white sections of the shirt. Since the Tsawwassen location is farther from me, I brought the item to the New Westminster store to ask for assistance. After a long wait, I was met with a very unhelpful response. The staff member who identified herself as the assistant manager questioned me repeatedly about the water temperature, asking for an exact degree, which is unrealistic since most people do not measure washing water with a thermometer at home. When I asked how I could possibly prove the exact temperature, I was told that unless I could confirm the precise degree, they would assume I did not follow washing instructions. I then requested to speak with the store manager, but I was told that this was not possible and that management would not be involved in such cases. To make matters worse, I was also told that there was no record of my purchase in their system, even though I showed clear proof of payment through my banking app, including the store name and transaction details. Overall, I felt dismissed, unhelped, and not taken seriously as a customer. I have been a loyal Tommy Hilfiger customer for a long time, but after this experience, I will not be shopping here again.

  I had a very uncomfortable experience at the checkout with one staff member. An item that was clearly marked at a lower sale price was initially charged at a higher price. When I pointed this out, the cashier hesitated, went to “check,” and only then corrected it to match the displayed tag. What stood out was not just the pricing error, but the way it was handled. The interaction felt dismissive and biased, and left me with the impression that I was not being treated fairly as a customer. I want to be clear that other staff members in the store were helpful and professional, which made this interaction stand out even more. I expect consistent service and respectful treatment for all customers, and this experience did not meet that standard.
