  They were incredibly rude. After spending a lot of time there, they told me this shirt was in the wrong spot. Instead of $25, you need to pay $70. They didn’t even apologize! This is the worst CK outlet I’ve ever been to.

  Rude sales people! Went there with a $1000 receipt to exchange ONE polo that was damaged, but because it didn’t have a tag (as unfortunately we removed when we bought without noticing the damage), they refused to exchange. My father in law was going to shop more and probably spend a lot as he usually does, but because of the rude customer service we received we just left, and will go to another CK.
