  Wow, this location has the rudest employees ever that denigrate you for asking a simple polite question about whether an item is in stock. Based on reviews, I see I’m not the only one with that issue. American Eagle, you good?

  First time to experience that customers are closely monitored in the fitting room. The saleslady knocked on my door while I am still trying on and asking if everything is ok. You’re not supposed to do that. I felt I was rushed and that they were unfriendly. The fact that customers took time to fit on something that means they are most likely eager to buy. Knocking even if you knew customer was in there (not even 10 minutes) was very improper and impolite to treat your customers.

  I went shopping at the store today, and at around 5 or 6 in the evening, the male employee at the checkout counter threw the clothes I had purchased onto the counter. While I was still taken aback by his behavior, he also threw the receipt. I felt very uncomfortable and confused by the way I was treated. I have been a regular customer, and every staffs were very kind and polite but after this experience, I do not feel like returning to the store for a while. I would appreciate it if management could look into what happened. His behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
