I stopped in excited to see what they had and check out a few pairs, but the experience quickly felt a bit too hands-on. The sales staff were very quick to step in with suggestions and upsells, often standing right beside or just behind me waiting to jump in. While I understand that’s part of the job, the approach felt quite adamant and made it harder to browse comfortably. I also had the impression that, because I was wearing a designer watch, there was a stronger push to secure a sale, which added to the pressure. As someone who works in sales myself, I take a more relaxed, customer-first approach, so this stood out to me. Overall, it made me lose interest in continuing to browse. A bit more space to look around independently would make for a much better experience.
