    I came here yesterday with my friend and sister. My sister has a notoriously hard time shopping so after a few hours in the mall I was so impressed when we walked into American eagle and Kate gave above and beyond customer service. She styled my sister and hyped her up while in the fitting rooms, we ended up buying everything she picked out. Kate is a Rockstar and made our whole day ❤️

    wonderful service from the employees, went in there with no sense of confidence and came out with 4 pairs of jeans and a new perspective on my style!! I finally feel confident in jeans :) couldn’t have found my perfect fits without the wonderful manager's and the employees who helped me on every whim, truly the greatest shopping experience of my life and i’m 35

    I had a really disappointing experience with American Eagle. I purchased clothing online, and the very first day I wore the item, the button fell off — clearly a defect in quality. I went into the store with my order confirmation expecting a straightforward return or refund for a faulty product. Instead, I was told they would not accept a return because the tag had been removed — even though the item had already proven to be defective. The only option they offered was an exchange, which I declined because I no longer had confidence in the quality of the product. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the manager, who was dismissive and unwilling to help resolve what should have been a simple customer service issue. It’s disappointing because American Eagle used to stand behind their products. Now it feels like quality has gone downhill and customer service has followed.

    I have been to many AE stores but this was the best experience just because of Maya. She was so helpful. Went above and beyond in helping me find the right jeans. Never thought I would get this level of customer service at an American eagle. She definitely knows what she is doing!!!
