  I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had today at American Eagle!! I was looking for some jeans to fit me while I’m pregnant I was instantly greeted and offered assistance with finding the right fit for me! The lovely lady in the dressing room went absolutely above and beyond that I could cry, she was so helpful and made me feel so amazing! I honestly almost walked out in tears because she made me feel human again 🤍😭 cannot recommend this store enough!!

  I had a great experience shopping at American Eagle. I came in looking for a pair of shorts, and an employee approached me almost immediately to offer assistance. I asked if they had any longer shorts, and although they didn’t have any in stock, he took the time to check the website and even offered to order them for me with free shipping to my home. I also asked about linen shorts, and he went above and beyond by putting together the full matching linen set so I could see how it looked, even though I ended up purchasing just the shorts. At checkout, he asked if I was an American Eagle member. When I said I wasn’t, he explained that signing up would give me 15% off my purchase. The sign-up process was simple because he walked me through each step clearly and patiently. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming—from the sales associates on the floor, to the changeroom staff, to the cashier. The customer service throughout the store was outstanding, and it made for a genuinely enjoyable shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I came here yesterday with my friend and sister. My sister has a notoriously hard time shopping so after a few hours in the mall I was so impressed when we walked into American eagle and Kate gave above and beyond customer service. She styled my sister and hyped her up while in the fitting rooms, we ended up buying everything she picked out. Kate is a Rockstar and made our whole day ❤️
