  Have already been waiting for 10 mins, the line was twice as long. While I was browsing there were two employees standing near the entrance loudly gossiping and talking about their negative customer interactions. By the time I finally made it to the till there was no apology for the wait. Where has customer service gone??

  Aerie Kelowna is living proof that brick and mortar stores are so important. This week I purchased bras that I tried on at the store and they fit, when I got home I learned the style was uncomfortable. I called and explained, (they actually answered the phone, it’s not an automated voice) and they graciously said I could exchange them. The exchange was easy and pleasant. I’m so grateful for the kind service.
