  I came in this store in Tsawassen Mills to find a light weight large bag. Bridget, the in-store sales is very helpful, she shows me my options in fabric and the hard case. She offered help to set the lock a few times, maybe we are the seniors 😄 Bridget did her best to locate another color bag in other store for me in case I change my mind, what a fantastic service. She also advise me to clean the surface of the bag with magic eraser in future and she helped to clean the stain on my waist bag there. So sweet Bridget. I give you a thumb up !!

  Called twice and talked to 2 different pekple to ensure they could help with a monogram tag replacement for a Samsonite luggage. Assured me not a problem. Waited 30 mins and they gave me a poorly stamped tag that wasn’t even the right size. If you can’t do it then just decline…
